Somatic Movement

Myofascial Release
Fascia acts like a living record of our emotional history. Tight, restricted areas often correspond to old emotional wounds. When we apply slow, sustained pressure, people frequently experience sudden physical releases accompanied by strong emotions, memories, or a profound sense of relief in areas they had long stopped noticing.
Ecstatic Dance
This is the moment your body gets to celebrate its freedom. After releasing heavy stored emotions and tension, we open the space for completely free ecstatic dance.
